Default Say What?

Robert Mueller: We couldn't prove that the President did not obstruct justice, or I would have said so. Mueller didn't say that they couldn't prove the President didn't commit mopery on the King's highway either. Nor did he (Mueller) say that they couldn't prove the President didn't rob the local McDonalds, but why the heck not? There's got to be a myriad of crimes and misdemeanors that Mueller and his gang couldn't prove the President didn't do. This is almost funny, but it's just too stupid and unbelievable.

He could prove the President obstructed justice, he just could NOT indict him per the DOJ "rules" So the proof just doesn't lead to anything under DOJ rules, only the CONGRESS can indict the President under those rules.

Actually an investigation doesn't prove ANYTHING on its own, if enough "proof" exists an indictment is filed, a trial is held and the COURTS decide if the proof is enough. Courts also don't find you "innocent" they find you not guilty. Guilty means, met the conditions of the law for conviction - not guilty does not mean that you did not commit the crime. Al Capone was not "guilty" of anything other than tax evasion... do you think that means he did not commit other crimes??????

Well they couldn't prove that Hillary intended to leak state secrets, obstruct justice in the deletion of files, or anything else that was the subject of a very abbreviated and limited investigation, even though they could prove she did all of those things. So evidently not only do you have to prove it was done, you have to prove that the outcome of the action was intended by the perpetrator.

I bet he could choose anyone participating in this thread and NOT PROVE they were involved in the Brinks robbery!

According to Prof Alan Dershowitz, a prosecutor should only speak about what they CAN PROVE!

It is fruitless to opine upon what someone may not have done..he may not have attacked the USS Cole in Yemen, or sunk the Titanic in 1912.

As Dershowitz said, he should be concerned with what someone DID do, ..and not with what they DIDN'T do !

If anyone cannot see through this as an attempt by mulears to stir up the mud at the bottom..they need new glasses.

If he COULD prove obstruction..was mulears guilty of dereliction of duty, for not charging him..

...Beginning to sound like you believe "fake news"..

Hey Casull, somebody suggested it was you who shot Jesse James... I can't find any proof that you didn't..so it MUST be true !

Not Casull, us Virginians sort of liked Jesse.
