The People's Republic of San Francisco has banned all movement except for trips to the grocery store (presumably for more TP?) and health related needs. And all "non-essential" persons are ordered to remain at home.
The article didn't mention if the thousands of people living on the streets are required to remain in their tents, under their pile of newspapers, or just not move if they have no type of shelter. In fact it didn't mention homeless people at all. I guess in the mayor's mind those people don't exist, so it should come as no surprise she didn't mention them.
Welcome to the socialist capitol of the U.S. If you're caught walking freely on the streets you will be arrested unless the government determines you are "essential". I suppose suitable size gulags are being hastily erected to "house" the malcontents!
