I have the same question as rswink - Anyone coming in to Colorado from another state can just go in and buy a gun there? You'd think with all the other restrictive gun laws in Colorado that wouldn't be possible.
That's right, non-residents cannot purchase handguns but long guns are OK if you pass the background check. I think the handgun restriction is Federal, along with the minimum age of 21 for handguns. Most states impose no additional restrictions beyond the Feds.
The story of David & Goliath only demonstrates the superiority of ballistic projectiles over hand weapons, poor old Goliath never had a chance.
