I could go see Mars. But I know that isn't going to happen. Always fascinated even as a kid. Moon, blah blah lol.

Nope David, not me. Now maybe if things were the way they were portrayed on Star Trek or Stargate SG 1 then yeah I'd be willing to go out there and explore those other worlds. Well would have when younger and more able. I have enough trouble getting around here so my days of exploration are over.

Been to Venus and H*** , just won't to see the rest of the good old U.S.A. Those being Venus Fl. and H*** Mi. While posting this I found out that You can't use the word H***, what do You use for H*** in the Politics, Religion and the News forum?

Only if you are tough enough to endure minus 100 to 195 degree F nights depending on where you are on the planet it might be. There are also things like a water supply, oxygen, and food to consider. As for me there is a lot of earth I've never seen so I'm staying home.

We already know there is plenty of water. Underground caverns that could be sealed off and develop an atmosphere friendly to us.
Artificial lighting from reactors so we could grow food. Better than taking your chances on an apocalyptic earth.
Like I said it's only a life boat. If need be.
