Monarchs take 3 lives to commute
I got this from a friend as we were discussing the recent, annual migration of the Monarch butterflies.
When we were in Branson Missouri, we went to the Butterfly Palace. We watched a video about the monarch and it's life cycle. Very interesting. It takes at least 3 generations for a monarch to make the trip down to Mexico and back again!
The butterfly starts to head south, lays it's eggs, continues on it's way and eventually dies.....
the egg hatches, goes through it's caterpillar/butterfly stages, continues south, spends its time there, starts heading north lays eggs, eventually dies..... the eggs go through the stages and finish the trip back north.
Come quickly, Lord Jesus
