I'm almost deaf and the house is semi-dark inside (closed curtains, I live in a mobile home park and I want some privacy).

I may not be completely sane, but at least I don't think I have the power to influence the weather.

They have little led lights on top or at least mine does and they are bright. Find another excuse or just own up that you don't like new tech.
