Default Wild lettuce

As a pain medicine. You chop it up Cordell and just cover with water and heat on low until all the extract from the plant is in the water. Drain the water/juice and remove the plant particles. Put juice/ water back in pan and on low heat let stand until you have, ost of the water vapor removed. Let cool and bottle for later use.

in a liniment? Wash down a 1/2 teaspoon in some water?
In times past I have gotten menthol crystals, a block of Camphor, some methyl salicylate, and make a liniment that worked pretty good, this wild lettuce might replace the Lidocaine which I think would be harder to get and I now see in IcyHot LIDOCaine Plus Menthol.

In this recipe it’s called ‘lettuce opium’ and you cook it down to a thick syrup or to an almost tar-like consistency and I believe the dosage is either a teaspoon or tablespoon full as needed for pain.

Another recipe is to simmer it in vodka ‘til ya cook the good stuff out, strain it & add more vodka if needed and take a spoonful as needed for coughs.

I've found wild lettuce extract at a few places on line. Does this really work?

i'm thinking it does, my wild plant authority says it is a lot like kratom in the smell and taste, kratom is also great for pain and also good mood.
lots of stuff out there G-d has given us.

I found wild lettuce extract available on amazon and ordered a supply of the 500 mg capsules. They recommended I daily. Have been taking it about a week and my hand pain is better controlled than with any thing else I’ve used. Sleeping better as well. About 8 hours a night now. Up from about 5-6.

I waited way longer than I should to try it and so far the results have been way better than expected. I figured if it was 10% as good as the Norco I used to take, I'd be happy but so far is seems to be at least 50% as good. I'm moving around better today than I have in a long time. Since I just started taking them today it'll be awhile before I'm sure exactly how good they are and how much more I can do...
