Default youtubes on replacing springs, etc ?

My G1 with 410/45 barrel has become unreliable (using 410), looks like light strikes, so ordered new hammer spring from bellim. He has a verbal instruction on how to change out, any good vidoes on this out there? Have searched, not much luck.

The hammer spring is not difficult to replace on the Original Contender. Remove the grip to gain access to the pin that holds the hammer. It helps immensely here to have a slave pin. Make a pin the width of the hammer the same dia as the pin. Drive out the hammer spring pin. Lift out the hammer and old spring. The spring has a partial loop on one end. It goes in the hammer. Use the slave pin by placing the spring in the hammer and holding it in place with the pin. Place this assembly in the frame. Now you can drive the slave out with the original pin. Operate the grip to set the striker. Try to **** the hammer. It should **** properly. Replace the grip. Save the pin.

Thanks, did find a video. After a half hour of sweating and pushing on the spring, i got it in. The Contender fires 100% now. Everyone was right, if your are getting misfires, change out the hammer spring.
