Default A strange voice behind me.

My wife and I went to the indoor range this morning where she did some great shooting with her little .25 auto and my Walther P22.
As we started out the door I heard a small voice calling my name so I looked back and nobody was looking at me.
Then I heard it again to my right, so I walked that way and as I passed a display case on my right I heard it again, so I stopped and my eyes were drawn to a NAA Ranger II in .22magnum.
Short story: I bought that sucker.
You think of precision in larger revolvers, but this thing is like a swiss watch.
I believe I'll really enjoy this little revolver and it's so easy to conceal.
I may put a slightly larger grip on it, and I'm to go back and get a holster next week.(they were out of holsters and he said they were very popular)
I have a picture of it on my desktop and hope it shows up in this post.

Forgot to add, this is the tip up barrel model

Neat little revolver. I didn't even realize they made a tip up model.

Oh yeah, I've heard those mysterious voices too. Most places that sell guns seem to be haunted!

LOL, yeah but most of the time I run away.
However I had my banker (wife) with me today and her being a beautiful generous lady, she bought it for me..

don't know how effective snake shot is in a 22. Only dangerous ones up here don't crawl they walk. Ive loaded it with those blue capsules in the 38 spec and at 10 feet it makes short work of squirrels in my garage.

About 15 or 20 years ago I had the 22lr model and really enjoyed shooting it.
This magnum model is heavier so recoil should be no problem.

I have some snake shot I'm gonna experiment with to carry when we're fishing.

I think you'll be impressed with the precision of the mechanism. I was.

Yes, they seem to be made with great precision. Some folks will sneer at the .22 mag load, but it sure goes a lot further than a sharp stick or a mean look !

I know for sure, I would not care to be hit with a .22 mag... whether hollow point or solid !

yup about like the day I gave a couple know it alls a lesson in the 25acp. I had my little berretta and was shooting it and a couple tacticool guys with camo shirts and 1500 dollar ars laughed at it saying it would bounce off anyone wearing anything heavier then a t shirt. I walked up and took my target board down and brought I over to them. It was 3/8s plywood and there just happened to be a bunch of nice holes in the wood behind the target (and I was using gold dots) Told them they must have one thick camo sweatshirt or it must be made out of Kevlar. I hate to be hit by one. Id much rather face a man with a knife then one with a 22 mag or even lr. I at least have as sporting chance of outrunning the guy with the knife. Well maybe 10 years ago anyway.
