Default Odin Arms 45-70 Martini

Has anyone had any dealings with Odin Arms? I see they offer a converted Greener shotgun action in 45-70. Seems they use the original wood, do the action work and use a new barrel. Saw their add in ShotGun News. If anyone out there got one, how is the quality? Price is $764.95 shipped. Just want to know if they are worth it?

I like the carbine. Would be a handy carry gun. Thanks for sharing. POW

Default Odin Arms

Received the 14 ga. ( non FFL ) martini shotgun today from Odin Arms today. Condition is not bad for the price. The barrel is patina with a excellent bore, brite and shinny. The receiver has been parkerized over a small amount of pitting, I think it could be cleaned up fairly easy. The wood shows wear but no cracks or splits, very usable! All in all, for $300 shipped I think it is a good buy. I will take it apart this week and see what, if anything was replaced. I think I will clean it up and get a reamer and chamber it for 12 ga. I have a vent rib floating around, will attach it and see what I can do at trap with it!
