Default Question on value

Kind of a quick question:

Have a cheap long rifle kit gun (cabelas, traditions, etc) that some one went ham on with a sander. Woods junk, even some of the metal is destroyed. But the barrel, lock, trigger, thimbles, and but plate are ok. Itís .50cal, donít know the exact length one barrel, I assume 30-something. Barrels unused/unshot

Any idea what going rate is on these parts?

Thanks

I suggest you measure the barrel and then contact Traditions for parts availability

Thereís a percussion one for $155 and a flinter for $145 on gunbroker right now so, I sure wouldnít wanta pay very much for a pile of parts. Dependiní on condition I wouldnít value it over 75 bucks or so.

My opinion and yer welcome to it.

Thatís kinda what I was thinking too, $75-100. Mostly because of the barrel
