Default Detroit Auto Show

I had always wanted to get to that show; A: it was a highlight of the new year, in January B: I like driving to Detroit.

I will , till the day I die, regret not going to the 2003, -- a year I was going to do this , that and the other thing but did not, -- show with my brother, which we had fully intended to do but put off, and going next year never came, as that was the last one that , in my opinion that was truly great.
Now they have moved it to June for pissant reasons. That plus it isn't what it used to be pretty much means I will never get there.

The summer one isn't even going to be held where they used to in Cobo.
