Hmm, probably some pro-gun jackwagon trying to, wrongly, prove a point about carrying weapons in public. Sometimes we are our worst enemy, luckily another guy with a gun was involved so it will be difficult for the lefties to use this to further their agenda.

I was thinking the same thing. No shots fired? No mention of a scuffle?
He just walked in.

If you were armed and on the scene, what would you do? Would you just follow him around and wait until he killed the first one or two shoppers?

What would I have done? I'd have thought him a bit weird or maybe paranoid but with a buggy being pushed around the store I'd have figured he was shopping. It's legal in many states to carry a loaded rifle said as it is a handgun. To me it's way too many hassle to do so however.

I don't think he had any intentions of shooting anyone or he'd have started doing so as soon as he entered the store.

Either you believe in the right to carry or you don't. Do you?

I think it would depend on body posture and overall altitude, say If the guy had the rifle at the ready vs strapped across his back etc.

Call 911. Stay on the line observing from a safe distance until LE arrives.

Start shopping in a different store without Wal or Mart or Sam on the sign out front.
