Talking A good stew.

Coyote Stew
Chunk up 2lbs of coyote meat into 1/2" cubes, fry in pan.
1/2can mild Pace Picante sauce
1/2 can tomato sauce
1 can corn
1 can green beans

10 oz frozen peas
mix meat, sauces, and veggies in pot,

stew for 5 hours.

Have you tried it with a couple Bay leaves? Just whipped up a great batch of bean soup here, with bay leaf, never without, it is essential for that "can't stop it's so good" flavor.
Soon you will get to Jellied Moose Nose, i'm partial to moose nose.

I can do a skunk recipe but it isn't for grilled though.
