Look at this picture that was linked a while back. https://www.houzz.com/product/640979...XYo340&irgwc=1

The cooking surface on my Griswold looks like the cooking surface on that pan.

Now look at the top edge on the sides of the pan in the add. That "bumpy" texture looks like the cooking surface on my (Modern) CI cookware.

He'd work on them while watching TV, kept him off the street and out of trouble
Worth it? The inside's ended up nice and smooth and since he gave them to me I'd say it was absolutely worth it
