Default Last night was burger night at our house.

It’s usually Friday night but the grandson has a track meet Friday and the 14th was his dogs first birthday so we celebrated last night. Burgers on the grill, deep fried jalapeños poppers, home made French fries. Little cupcakes and home churned ice cream.

All done with the birthday theme decorations. Zeke, the dog seemed to enjoy his party.

burgers last night too but still to much snow for a grill. I made cheddar stuffed burgers. Venison burger with 10 percent bacon ground in. a couple handfuls of crushed sour cream and onion chips and some garlic powder. Served on a toasted bun with fried onion and some more cheddar. Wife said they were the best burgers shes ever ate. Don't know about that but they were tasty. Usually do pizza burgers similar with moz cheese and pizza sause but I think these were even a tad better. I want to try them on rye swirl bread cooked like a grill cheese sandwich.

MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN! STEEL FOR TANKS NOT FENCES!!!

We tried out Burger King last night after not eating there for a few years. And it was still terrible nothing had changed. Maybe it's just the one we have here. Soggy bun and one slice of a pickle.

A friend that lives out the mimbrees River tells me you can order a green chili cheese burger at the McDonald’s in silver city.

But I’d just ride over to the owl caffe. From where you are.

The Red Chimney in Carlsbad is supposed to be good also. So is McAlisters Deli.

I found some jalapeños at the Amish market that we’re 6-7 “ long. We cored those. Stuffed with seriously sharp cheese and dreged through chilie reneno batter and deep fried until golden brown. Boy were those delicious. You should try some. oh Zeke don’t eat hot food.

About the only hot stuff I can tolerate any more is crystal hot sauce.
But I'm looking for those not-so-hot jalapenos that were talked about here lately.
I love the flavor, not the heat.
