I can honestly say I oversee the butcher and making of all my red meat. At my house red meat is venison that I shoot and butcher. Only exception is I buy pork buts whole to cut steaks roasts and make my sausage with. We buy our chickens from a local farmer. He guts and plucks them. Havent bought beef (other then fat) for over 10 years. Do I oversee it all? Nope. I do buy bacon and I still on occasion get a fast food burger. Now answer my questions. Where in any of my replys was a personal attack made on you?? Was your name mentioned or is everything about you?? Seems you may need glasses because that chip is on YOUR shoulder not mine.
