Default Fish last night for supper

It was a nice sized grouper fillet fresh from the Gulf of Mexico. I fried it in a little olive oil with Cajun seasoning on it. Sliced fresh Florida tomato and cottage cheese were my sides in honor of my diet. A handful of fresh blueberries picked just down the road were desert.

Man your eating fresh tomatoes and I'm just getting mine planted. I don't see any flaws in that meal!

I had broiled pork chops, baked potato, frozen sweet corn, fresh asparagus and a can of Coke for supper! No room for desert.

We gathered at our daughter's place with her two kids and their kids in attendance and my son in law grilled steaks and there was baked potatoes or french fries, salad, and stuffed jalapenos. My wife contributed a lemon meringue pie, key lime pie, and ice cream for desert which we don't usually have. I totally ignored my calorie intake last night and had a small piece of each pie since it's been at least a year since I enjoyed either. I even had a couple of spoons of ice cream and had a low cal beer with the steak.

Now I'm going to live on mostly salad this coming week to make up for my calorie splurge.

I usually roll them in corn meal but to honor my diet i fried the fillet naked in a little olive oil until brown on both sides.

My wife went off with her lady friends to see Chonda Pierce the other night and left me to fend for myself. I had a good old peanut butter sandwich, chips and an apple. I washed it down with a Coke. It wasn't half bad but I would have traded the peanut butter sandwich for one of your bratts! Ha!

What a gorgeous dinner, I really jealous to you. Next week I definitely will go to the Lanier Lake for fishing and I'm gonna use your recipe of fried fresh fish fillet. I'm sure it'll be great.
