I believe that's true... But then you can't "shotgun" beer from a bottle!

I think so too.

Even milk tasted better out of the old glass bottles than it does from the plastic jugs or cartons of today - this one may just be psychological.

I believe it because I can taste the difference, especially when it's beer.

I've noticed that I can taste pop when it's out of a can, compared to out of a bottle.

That's because you can smell it when drinking out of a can, but not so much when drinking out of a bottle, and smell plays a role in our sensation of taste. Pour each of them into a glass and try it.

The one thing that I notice that when I cook some type of a dish and use can veggies there is a certain bit of a tang to the taste of the food but when I make the same dish and use frozen veggies the tang or that certain whang is not there kind of a can taste so I have switched to using frozen when I can but there are still some things that can only be had in a can.

I can tell the difference between a can and a bottle, and between a glass bottle and a plastic one. The biggest difference in taste i can tell in soda though is between the same soda made with cane sugar and high feuctose corn syrup
