Default Chicken & pork

Soak these in salt water. Chicken longer than pork. You may think this will dry them out but it is hard to overcook them after this. There are other methods but this is basic and should be used by those who have no idea... 3 to 4 hours min for chicken... longer if possible...

That is called brining and works well on most meat.
For added flavor use what ever spices in the brine you prefer.

I only brine chicken and pork. I will marinate other types of meat sometimes
