Default Another wild turkey recipe

Breast out the turkey. Cut in strips and run through a meat grinder. Mix in about 25% weight of fine diced fresh clam meat. Add Cajun seasoning, tony Chachere’s is the one I like. Chill before making patties and grill. I call them my Air, Land, & Sea burgers.

I have a simple recipe that seems to never fail.

Lowball glass filled approximately half full line, top with ice. Let this marinate for roughly 5 minutes. Sip over a period of 30 minutes. Save any left over Wild Turkey to be enjoyed the next day.

I need a kinder gentler machine gun
