I got my live-in chef to read this article. Told her I wanted her to learn how to cook an egg right. After she explained to me what I could do if I didn't like the way she cooked eggs I told her it was a joke and she read it. She agrees that she didn't see one properly cooked egg. I agreed with her. If I didn't I would have to cook my own eggs. Her method is to use a non stick skillet with a light spritz of Pam. It does well with half cooked eggs that have those nasty, runny yokes to properly cooked eggs with firm yolks and nothing is burned.
