Default Another "Christmas present to myself" story

So , I was given several Christmas gift certificates over the holidays. I realized I can buy something that will stay with me (us) for a long time. I contacted Bass Pro after reviewing their website about getting a rifle they didn't carry normally ,7mm-08. A week passed and I received and email saying my rifle was in, I was prepared to pay the difference in cash, even looked them up on another site at a cheaper price. When I got to BP in Pearl, I asked about price matching. Not a problem , they'd do that. When they rang up the price I was shocked. All I'm gonna say is BP did an outstanding job on this one. I am not a fan of BP, but on this they did beat Academy. I have 25 bucks wrapped up in this rifle in 7mm-08. I hope it shoots as good as everyone says they do.

I have the same in 6.5 Creedmore . I dont think they offered 7m08 when I bought mine . I certainly would have given it some consideration .
