I wish there was a way to email him a Miller Lite, he earned it.

THE GRAND FINALE!!

Left home at 3:30 sharp this morning.
Got there at 7:04.
Drove through several rain storms but was dry when we arrived.

Worried the whole way because I was told the forklift had 48" forks and didn't think I could make that work.
Actually, they were 72" and had all the capacity I needed.

Everything went very well.

The pictures tell the story.
Note my lovely assistant in the middle of everything!! She is remarkable!

The Alamo Conservator was quite happy.

Drove 200 miles home. It was a long day.
I'm a proud Texan.

Fantastic Micheal. Happy it all went well for you. And you should be very proud to be part of this.

You are likely very relieved it is done.

Thanks very much for sharing all your work you put into this with us. I for one appreciate it.

Absolutely spectacular. I noticed a lot of spectators in the pics, how did you do on your small timeline for set up?

Thanks!
We finished with 20 minutes to spare.
The process went very well but a lot of planning went in to it by me.
