I'm going to CO. in a few weeks Ill see if I can push the lion along a little .
Maybe I can even try making a wax with Bruces injection machine we'll see , if all goes well I might even be able to get it to the caster .

OR nothing may happen , but thanks for jogging my mind .

Take your time, Gary (but maybe not another 10 years, lol).

Gary, Took the SMEE mortar out back today and terrorized the local starlings. Not often you get to see a thousand fly for the price of a cracker.

Victor , I have decided to take the mold to the place that made it , and have them cast the waxes .
Then they will go to the casters . I'm just not going to be there long enough to mess around trying to get good waxes myself .

Let me ask you a question . Have you shown Morko to anyone ?

What do they think of the story ?

Personaly I think it , Morko should be featured on some show . Ive writen Guns and Ammo , American Rifleman and NOBODY gives a **** about it . ...... No " Let Rediscover your .22 . How about .... .308 OR 30/06 " again !

Morko ummmmm No .

Their loss man, that was and is a great little casting job. Most of their readers have little interest in historical matters.

Hi Gary,

Glad to hear you're moving ahead with Project Lion.

I've had Morko on display in my living room for some time and people usually ask what it is. Those interested in history and/or firearms always think it's really neato, and the background story interesting.

Seeing as how the major gun rags get their marching orders from the gun manufacturers, it doesn't surprise me that they brushed you off.

Maybe contact this guy?
