I have empty casings and loaded rounds for a cartridge for which I can find no information.

Parent case 30 WCF (30-30 Win)

Case shape rimmed, straight taper or very shallow bottleneck

Length 1.8 inches
Neck length .242 inch
Shoulder dia. .357 inch
Length to shoulder 1.5 inch

Bullet dia. .313 inch.

Cartridges appear to have been formed but never fired.

I have looked at the CH4D list of cartridges, Donnelly's book of cartridge conversions, Cartridges of the World and on the internet.

Any information would be appreciated cause it's driving me nuts.

Being that they haven't been fired sounds like someone was just playing around running 30-30 brass into dies from another caliber and shortened them see what they looked like. It's common , people do it all the time to see what they can make.
I had a wildcat that was made with a shortened 303 British die formed on 30-30 brass and trimmed to 1.3"long it was before the 300 blk out came out and it had similar ballistics but I built it on a handi rifle.
