bugeye Just googled them, the mild pepper is called Senorita jalapeno.
I'm gonna try and find some.
There was a time that I loved nachos with jalapenos and the flavor was great.
And supposedly the flavor is the same on the new one.

Drilling Man My Neace kept telling me that jalapeno Spam is really good, so I bought some.

In a thread in the last couple of weeks, someone told about a milder jalapeno on the market.
He told the name of it but I forgot, that's why I'm looking for a sign above the peppers.

pastorp Donít know how else to help you Bug, I lived in NM and eat chili and peppers every day. And I just shared the secret on picking the milder ones. But now you want a sign. Ha ha ha. You wait for your sign and Iíll enjoy my jalipenos.

About the only hot stuff I can tolerate any more is crystal hot sauce.
But I'm looking for those not-so-hot jalapenos that were talked about here lately.
I love the flavor, not the heat.
