Mule 11 Anyhow. I think Chickfilet is top notch. Burger King well represented is pretty darned good. Mcdís. I like there fries sometimes and some stuff isnít bad. Since I donít eat much of anything I donít prepare thatís as good as it gets.

Mule 11 I was in Marcís yesterday and the guy running the register was licking his finger than counting the money and opening bags. I told him no wonder you have a cold you could get very sick and die doing that. Do you realize most money has drug residue and feces on it? He was not very happy. But neither was I.

conan the librarian Except maybe at the high quality places like chick fila or whataburger. They do seem to have a consistent high standard of quality.

From what I've seen, Burger King is by far the worst for having slovenly kitchen practices and sloppy kitchen staff and people who put their fingers in your drink cup. I've walked out of BKs when seeing that behavior, and have even paid for meals and then walked out without taking the food with me. There's something wrong with BK, and not just wrong but BAD wrong. Some of them are very good, and you can tell right away which ones are good and which are bad. There doesn't seem to be a middle ground. They're either very good or very bad. What's wrong with Burger King? Something sure is.

Subway is similar. They can be good, bad, or in the middle. I always like to arrive at BK or Subway when there are other customers ahead of me. I watch how things are working for a minute or two and size the place up. If I'm the only one there, I look at floors and the cleanliness of surfaces. One BK I went into had a film of dried ketchup near the ketchup and napkin dispenser that was so old it was like varnish.

Mule 11 I think they are all different due to who is running the shop? Iíll only go to a ffr if the cooks meet my requirements. I E. They are more concerned with cooking than who they are cooking for. They are not scratching there head or ass while cooking. The person running the register and handling money does not have their finger in my cup or food. O K they all fail...

Even in fast food the food is only as good as the cook.
We have two Culver's on opposite sides of town, I tried both and one I will not go back to, ever.

bugeye BK does put out some fine whoppers, but my all time favorite is "in and out burger."

conan the librarian I think I was traumatized by the experience. I think I may have developed a fear of hamburgers.

I don't go there much as they contain a lot of calories.
