BamaFaninMilton Oh yes, forgot to mention, it has the removable barrel nut/shroud/barrel arrangement of a Dan Wesson.

Dee Could be a Model 14, sans the barrel ain't removable.

High Standard Sentinel MKII .357 Magnum same as DW.....?

Hello everyone, hope you all are staying safe and healthy during this weird, crazy time!

I recently was able to puchase a High Standard Sentinel MKII .357 Magnum with the 4 inch barrel and fixed sights. At the time I did not know that High Standard didn't actually manufacture this particular pistol, but it was Dan Wesson that made it.

My question is: what Dan Wesson model is the same as my pistol? I read that it is either the Model 14 or 15, but couldn't find anything definitive saying that it is one or the other. I know almost nothing about Dan Wesson pistols so I figured I would ask.

Thanks for any and all info!
