    I would like to load this up and fire it could someone please explain what I need to do and what the maximum amount of powder would be for something like this..it’s a 3/4” bore 5 1/2” tall and about 4” at the base made from bronze

    I recently acquired a brass cannon from an auction. 1" bore x 17" deep barrel. Any suggestions on proper and safe powder to use? Also note that the barrel is rifled as well. Not sure if that makes a difference?

    I have a 20 inch cannon (including knob on the breach) made of 1018 steel, breach end is 3.5” diameter and muzzle is 3” in diameter, bore is 1” by 16”. My question is can I safely bore this to 1.70 for golf ball projectiles? Should I bore it to only 10 to 12 inches to leave a powder chamber? Or...
