Have a 2007 Rav4 with just 5K miles. The dash's "service reqd" light came on. Can't locate anything in the manual about what it means at such low mileage. Have changed oil at 3,000 am wondering if I should have reset the "something"? Nothing in the manual. Anyone with similar experience with this condition? Service required light isn't blinking. Just stays lite 100% of operating time.

It will go on every 5k to remind you to change the oil, reset procedures are in the owner's manual of my '06 Rav4, but you can go to Rav4world for lots more info.

Super web site on the Rav's. Just about anything a person could ask about these units can be found here. Rav site is great but not as good as Graybeard Outdoors. Thanks again for the heads up on the Rav4 web site.
