Post this same question in the handgun section. I'm sure there are plenty of handgunners ringing out performance with 14 and 16 inch barrels.
16 inch barrel 308 powders/bullet weights?
Recently got a Ruger gunsite scout in 308. New to reloading and was wondering if anyone had experience in loading for shorter barrel lengths. Primary use would be woods carry/plinking, with an occasional deer hunt.
