45 acp xtp or Lehigh for black bear defense during bow season

To each their own, personally I'd not carry a .45acp for bear defense at all. I sure wouldn't choose a 200 XTP for the task even if I were going to use it. I'd look for a hard cast with FP nose on it in the 225-230 grain weight. Even then I've feel badly undergunned.

But I have many far better choices of guns for the purpose to chose from. I would use one of those. But if the .45acp is really the best you have then I'd get a hard cast or maybe the solid copper bullet if it's not a round nose or HP design.
