Purchased this preowned 14” barrel some time back and finally got it on a frame. Fired one fireforming load to check function and it went well.
Will have to get to the shooting bench to get it on paper.
Fireforming load is 58 Grain Hornady V-Max with 21 grains of IMR 4198.
Hopefully it will shoot the fireforming loads as well as the 6.5 and 7mm TCUs do.
I plan to anneal brass before the next sizing after they are fireformed.
Any advise on this cartridge is welcome.
