No I really don't think that is feasible. That should be where the SN is I believe and you can't cover it up or drill thru it. Really just not enough room there for a sight anyway. On the TCs you are pretty much limited to putting any sights on the barrel. You could mount one on the butt stock but I sure don't think you'd find it working out very well.
