There are a lot of discussions about bad customer service but I have an example of good service.
I ordered a base pin direct from Belt Mountain for a 50th Anniversary Blackhawk and when it arrived it was a Single Six pin. I contacted Keyle by e-mail an he answered me right back. He said he would put the correct pin in the mail the next day. He offered his apology and said to keep the Single Six pin, the new pin came 4 days later.
The pin went right in and it tightened the gun up as the factory pin was .0035 smaller.
