Beretta Holding Buys Burris Optics?????
I have mixed feelings about this.
Burris optics are great. In fact, optics are Burris' bread and butter - that's all they make and that's all they concentrate on making.
Beretta, on the other hand, knows nothing about scopes. Beretta has been on a buying spree these past few years. Beretta has bought Benelli, Sako, and Tikka. Now they bought Burris.
I understand business and have no problem with Beretta getting a return on their investment, but I sure hope that Beretta does not interfere with the quality of the scopes and thus keeps the Burris people doing what they do best.
We'll have to wait and see.
