The only Daisy 747 I know of is actually an Avanti. It's a pistol though.

I know yuh said $150 but put $30 with that and get an 853 Daisey. Comes with spacers for the butt, inserts fot the front peep sight,& it is very accurate. All my 4-H kids use that to start or the version of it with a gas cly. And it comes with a sling.

Best is a relatitive trem...
Some of my personal choices and favorites ( have experience, I own all 3) are:
Slavia 631- Excellent accuracy, .177 cal 600+fps. adjustable trigger. Target sights.
Benjamin 392- Adjustable power, .22 cal. Accurate. Very powerfull hunting rifle! Can be used at low pump charges for plinking.
Sheridan 5mm- Same specs as the Benjamin (nearlly the same rifle) Cal.20/5mm.
QB 78-
CO2 powered (may be bulked) .177 or.22 cal, very accurate, .22 is very powerfull, .177 is extremelly accurate, adjustable trigger.
HTH!

I was recently faced with a similar question, only I capped at $200. I bought a Beeman GS1000. Now that I look back, I REALLY wished I had saved a while longer and get the Beeman R7 or R9. A good airgun will last a LONG LONG time.

Best for under $150

I would stay with the German guns and let the Spanish models alone. There is a nice RWS 34 on the RWS service center used or demo line for $140 and it comes with a lifetime warranty. Also has a fully adj. trigger.
