I'm having trouble replying so I had to start a new topic ..I shot a 55# hatfeild with 125magnus broad heads... I don't like using 2 blades because when shooting into the chest cavity the negative pressure from the lungs and diaphram seem to suck the broad head wound close, were as the 4blade doesn't allow this, leaving alot better blood trail to follow...But the 2blade will penetrate just a little deeper.. .

I am using the Snuffer 125grain 3 blade. They leave a big wound with a great blood traill and since the wound is bigger, the shaft passes thru much easier. Also they fly very good. I find the 2 blade broadheads plane if they are not mounted exactly perfect and this varies with each shooter/set-up. I shot a cow elk this year at 18 yards. 55lb bow. Complete pass thru and very generous blood trial. She went only 55 yards.

Cheers!
