i need a case expander die for 9mm, cheap used no box is fine.
i would consider a used 3 die set if the price was right.

The best expander die system out there is from NOE. It uses the Lee universal tool (the Lee tool does not expand, it only bells) and a great selection (more diameters) of well made expander plugs.
