Number 65 bit gives a .035 hole and don't forget to drill a dished out area in the front of the plug with a 5/32 bit so that the powder is closer to the primer. Ignition will then be instant with a hot 209 primer. I use only CCI 209M and Fed 209A primers and have never had a misfire/hangfire.

A little off topic...........but back in my muzzy days I loved the 25acp breech plug. Don't know if they make one for the CVA or not. You could use 4 different primers, SR, SRM, SP, SPM to tailor you load. I'm thinking it would work great with Blackhorn, but have no real world experience with it.
