I've looked carefully through that site a couple of time already and haven't found anything that contradicts Spokesperson Johnsons' comment about the 50 pound in one year limit. :(

Cut's that url asks the question specifically if the new law affects exclusion 27 for black powder for sporting purpose. Reply is NO it does not affect it. I've found nothing to support Johnson reported statement.


I tried to cut and paste, but its in .pdf format and that damndable Adobe and I couldn't So I just posted the url and how to get to the question so dear to us.
