Greetings All , My Handi came with a Schnabel (sp?) forend . I have camo painted a couple of my other guns and have been thinking about doing this one. I have not seen this forend on very many guns , what is the rarity or demand of these. I don't want to screw up something that is worth more in original condition , Also my gun has a bull bbl on it . Other than a normal forend for a bull bbl is there a difference if I just wanted to purchase a replacement ?? Thanks for your input.

You'll find them on H&R/NEF rifles and shotguns that were made just a few years ago and earlier, they are just the old style forends, they aren't made anymore, but they aren't rare, either. I have a '99 built rifle with that style forend, don't know when they quit making them for sure.

The "S" denotes a manufacturing year of 2002.
