I am completely disgusted with the sales or parts dept. or whatever ya call it but last night I got home and to my surprise my order finally showed up I sent a action in about 10 weeks ago for a 357 ,22 hornet and a ultra fluted 223 to be fitted also ordered the camo t hole and forarm which they had in stock when they took the order also a ultra scope mount and the trigger job I got the barrels and that was all . What really perturbs me with this is the fact that I called 4 yes four times to make sure the order was correct and to find out just when it might be done . Yes I was a real pain in the ass because of all the other problems others have reported on here I was gonna make sure mine was right so I just could not believe that they would make these mistakes and really feel they need to do some thing to address what is no doubt a problem they have . I know they will make it right but there is no excuse for this to happen . I tried calling them but could not get through to Gordon and am leaving for deer camp later tonight so I will have to wait till I get home but I know they don't have the stock sets now and it will just be my luck that they won't offer them again. Just venting but it is very disheartening that this seems to happen way to frequently at H&R. About the only thing that I could hope for is that the rest of my stuff was in another box and is waiting for me to get home and open
