heating bullets before sizing/lubing

I've been having a problem with my Lyman 450 sizer/luber when the temperature drops. The bullets take on the atmospheric temp. and cool the 450 down to where the lube won't flow. I've been doing much of my sizing during the warmest part of the day for this reason.
Really needed to lube some, so I could load some, so I could shoot.
Realized that if I preheated the bullets by putting them on top of the heater they would warm and the lube would flow. Now the only problem is they tend to get a might warm. Haven't had any burns or anything like that but I don't hold them any longer than necessary when I pick them up to put them in the resizer.
