The following companies and hunting celebs are putting your second amendment right ahead of the almighty dollar. The British firm that runs the eastern sports and outdoors did an about face and caved to political pressure and banned all "tactical"weapons, accessories, posters/pictures of said guns and even the raffle tickets that include black guns. They claim it's a hunting show, not a gun show, but this is 1. a direct about face from the new tactical section they had already advertised for this year and 2. ignores the fact that many states even many states surrounding pa allow hunting with semi's. This is nothing more than an attack on our second amendment rights.

Please help us in giving a little back to the companies that are giving up thousands in table fees and have already spent tens of thousands for inventory in order to take a stand against this attack on our rights.

Remember whether you own a black gun or not. Whether you see the need our not to own one. What the current gun grabbers call assault rifles is not their end game, but only the beginning. They want complete gun ban. Tomorrow your trusty Remington 700may be that evil sniper rifle.

Statement from James Kroll (Dr Deer)

Dr Kroll is calling for a Boycott on the Harrisburg Eastern Sports and Outdoor Show. They have asked many of my friends that own gun shops and sporting shops to not display firearms or signs of gun manufactures that "They" feel are not appropriate.[/sub]

How about a heavy weight pulling out of the show. This one was their primary sponsor.

Cabelas has pulled out of the eastern sports and outdoors show.

Here is their statement:

Due to recent changes made by Reed Exhibitions regarding the Eastern Sports and Outdoor Show, Cabela’s will no longer sponsor this year’s event. After careful consideration regarding Cabela’s business practices, and the feelings of our customers, Cabela’s will, unfortunately, not have a presence at the Eastern Sports and Outdoor Show.
