I would like to see what( if any) hobbies or interest you guys have outside of CAS. I know like we have time for anything else.

Ill start off....my wife would be laughin now

1) Metal Workin Welding and stuff like that.. Ihave no machine stuff I would like to have a lathe and mill someday...Man would I be dangerous then.

2) Cub Scouts...I am a Den Leader in my sons den... I am a Archery,BB,Climbing instructor.

3) Dutch oven cookin....need I say more

4) Huntin....if I have time...I dont really like to hunt so much as get away anymore.....

Well that about does it.. I could go on and on.

I just thought it would be good to see what everyone else does. That way we know who to ask about stuff.

Not sure I really consider reloading or bullet casting so much a hobby as a necessity if I want to shoot as much as I do.

I still enjoy shotguning and shoot skeet, trap and sporting clays tho not as often these days as in the past.

I seem to always have several handguns or rifles or both in house that I am doing product test reviews on as well as many other items. This really eats up a LOT of time and ya know ya hafta get out and shoot them too. :)

I hunt and fish when I can find time.

We have a berry and fruit farm (blueberries, thornless blackberries, pears, apples, peaches and have pecans, english walnuts and chestnuts working their way there) which I have to do LOTS of work on.

This website of course occupies way too much of my time.

And as if that wasn't enough to take care of the time in the life of a retired fellow which I've been I'm not about to go back to work managing a computer store.

RVing
Restoring vintage mustangs (64 1/2 convertible-done; 66 hardtop

Like DB I would dearly love to have a lathe and mill. Served a tool and die maker apprenticeship (along time ago). I would also really like to have a fairly good welder....and then learn how to weld.

The only thing I really hate that I still have to do is YARD WORK!!! I hate YARD WORK...   that is why I had 120 yards of concrete poured in my backyard last summer....hose it off, and its over with 8) 8)

Howdy ya'll!!!

Being a dairy farmer as well as maintaining a small beef herd I get to be an inventor, engineer, machinist, mechanic, carpenter, electriction, plumber, doctor, midwife,.............

I really enjoy what I do for the most part, I enjoy the challange, being out doors most of the time, and most of them ol' hides have become pets. I guess on those occasions that I just need to get away, I go fishing.

Obviously I really enjoy Cowboy shooting, pretty much all aspects of it, to include casting (new hobbie) reloading, shooting, socializing, and sometimes just getting off of this damn hill for a while.

On those days that it's just too cold, or too wet, I love reading. Usually si-fi, horror or westerns. I'm a Tom Clancy fan and I'm not sure where to place him. Science fiction that is so close to be prophecy to be horrifying???

Been a blacksmith for over 20 years (serious hobbiest) with a large and fairly complete metalworking shop, like shooting of all types, military vehicle restoration, fishing, farming (part time) and all things mechanical...H
