Airman A1C US Air Force, Active Duty July 30 1951 to July 29 1955 Released from active Duty, put on non active duty on call 24 hours notice from 30 July 1955 to July 29 1959 Discharged on that date,Served in Korea Jan. 1952 to Dec. 1952 with the Fourth fighter wing at Kimpo Korea. Bal. of active duty served a Oxnard air force base at Oxnard Calif.

Thanks to all of you that have served! I am so proud of you and your scarifices!

Anyone who has not served feel free to post thanks here anyway and HUG A VETERAN today and everyday!

I know there are more , so don't be shy let us thank you. Especially you Vietnam vets! You Certainly are owed some recognition! But all Veterans deserve our praise!

USNR 1960--10/1961 then USAF 10/1961--10/1965.

I joined the Naval Reserve while I was still in high school, went to boot training for Christmas vacation and after graduation from high school took a two week cruise on a destroyer escort. That miserable cruise changed my mind about being a sailor. I decided the Air Force was a better deal.
