I would like to have some venison recipes for a little get-together coming up soon. I have PLENTY meat. Does anyone have any good curing ( corned, etc.), or any salami/sausage recipes? I am aiming towards finger foods, and appetizers on crackers. Please, can anyone help me out?? Thanks! I could also use some main course venison recipes.

If you like Korean/Oriental -- Bulgogi

Marinate strips (thinner is better) of venison overnight in...
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup sesame oil
1/4 cup sesame seeds
hot pepper to taste ( I use powdered chipotle)
Cook in skillet and serve over rice with marinade

Guaranteed crowd pleaser and NO gamey taste at all
