Recently added another contender to my collection a beautiful plum colors original hard open frame with a few barrels and scopes. I had no idea until I picked up the gun from the gentleman that it cane with a case. I have never seen this type of case before nor was I able to find anything online using Google and using reverse image search. Has anyone seen this type of case in the past? Wasn't a prototype case or a special offering of some sort. Thanks in advance for any input.

FYI the molded piece fits a contender with a super 14 barrel and scope.

I've never seen anything like it, but it's very cool! Yesterday I picked up a Plano all weather lockable case with the pluck to fit foam. I'm happy with how it's turning out. Trying to post a pic..

I overlooked a piece of paper in the case thinking it said contender when in fact it says container. The case was made by Airmold.

I have not been able to find any information past what I currently have with the piece of paper. I do have this listed over on castboolits for sale as I doubt I'm ever going to use it. It is a very cool case though.
